These terms are between you and Ambaum Labs, LLC (“we”, “us”), which operates Founderie. They cover founderie.ai; by using it, you agree to them. Questions go to [email protected].

Information, not advice

This site explains how Founderie works. Nothing on it is legal, tax or financial advice, and any value we mention is an estimate, not a promise of what a buyer will pay.

The assay is not an engagement

Sending us the assay starts a conversation. It doesn't create an advisory relationship, oblige you to license anything, or oblige us to take you on. Any engagement is set out in a separate written agreement that you sign.

Your information

You tell us only what you choose to. We use it as described in our privacy policy, and nothing is shared with any buyer without your written yes. Please don't send records, documents or credentials through the site.

Fair use

Don't use the site to break the law, send us someone else's information without their permission, or try to get around its limits.

No warranty

The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made using it.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top, and continuing to use the site means you accept the new version.
